Additionally, your selected language preference (en, es, de, fr, pt, it, or ru) is saved locally in your browser’s localStorage under the key nm-lang.
3. Statutory or Contractual Requirement to Provide Data (Art. 13(2)(e) GDPR)
Providing your personal data via the Website request form is voluntary. However, providing the mandatory fields (Name, Task Description, and a valid Contact channel) is a necessary pre-contractual requirement: without this information, we cannot review your brief, calculate project pricing, or send you a commercial offer.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing (Art. 6 GDPR)
We process your personal data strictly on the following legal bases:
Pre-Contractual Measures and Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing your submitted brief, contacting you via your selected channel (Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Phone), negotiating Statements of Work (Specifications), executing the Marketing Content Services Agreement, delivering marketing assets via email, and processing payments/refunds.

Accounting, Legal, and Public Authorities: Certified accountants, auditors, banks, or Bulgarian regulatory/tax authorities when required by applicable law.
7. International Data Transfers (Chapter V GDPR)
Some of the technical infrastructure providers mentioned above (such as Google LLC, Docusign Inc., or Meta Platforms Inc. for WhatsApp) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. 8. Data Security and Retention Periods

1.3. Role of the Website and Contracting Party: The Website operates solely as an online brief collection and service request portal for the Service Provider. While the Website interface showcases various creative directions, illustrative studio/specialist profiles, and sample offer formats to help Clients scope their tasks, TECHNOLOGY OF SUCCESS LTD acts as the sole direct contracting party and Service Provider for all orders. 1.4. Regulatory and Financial Disclaimer: The Service Provider acts exclusively as a technology and marketing services provider. The Service Provider does not provide payment, financial, investment, escrow, digital asset exchange, or any other regulated financial activities. The Service Provider does not hold, receive, or transfer funds on behalf of the Client or third parties, except for receiving direct payment from the Client for the Services rendered under a bilateral agreement or invoice.
2. Scope of Services

3. Service Provision, Delivery, and Acceptance Protocol
3.1. Brief Submission: To request a commercial proposal, the Client completes the 4-step brief wizard on the Website, specifying the required service categories, task description, optional reference links, estimated budget range, desired timeline, and preferred communication channel (Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Phone).
3.2. Specifications and Agreements: The specific scope, technical requirements, number of revision rounds, timelines, and pricing of an individual Service package or marketing campaign shall be agreed upon by the Parties in a bilateral Marketing Content Services Agreement, Statements of Work (Specifications), or via official electronic mail communication. An invoice issued by the Service Provider constitutes an offer to enter into or perform under the Agreement; payment under such invoice constitutes full acceptance of the terms specified therein and in these Terms.
3.3. Client Cooperation: Timely delivery of the Services depends on the Client’s prompt provision of necessary source materials (logos, brand guidelines, product data, raw assets) and feedback. Delays caused by the Client shall proportionally extend the agreed delivery timelines.
3.4. Delivery of Results: Upon completion of the Services (or a specific milestone), the Service Provider shall notify the Client via electronic mail and transmit the final marketing deliverables (files, downloadable links, or digital assets) to the Client’s registered email address.
3.5. Acceptance Protocol (10 Business Days): Within 10 (ten) business days following the transmission of the email notification and deliverables, the Client shall review the deliverables and, if applicable, submit a reasoned written refusal via email specifying concrete deviations from the agreed Specification. In the absence of a reasoned written refusal sent via email within the designated 10-business-day timeframe, the Services shall be deemed duly rendered by the Service Provider and accepted in full by the Client.
4. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment Terms
4.1. Determination of Fees: No payments are processed directly on the Website. All prices and timelines shown in the "Offers" or "Selected work" sections of the Website are illustrative examples. Actual fees for the Services are determined individually based on the Specifications agreed upon by the Parties and stated in the invoices issued by the Service Provider.
4.2. Advance Payment (Prepayment): Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, payment shall be made by the Client as a 100% advance payment (prepayment) within 10 (ten) banking/business days from the invoice date. The Service Provider commences work upon receipt of the advance payment.
4.3. Permitted Payment Methods: Payment shall be executed via bank wire transfer to the Service Provider’s corporate bank account or, upon prior mutual agreement between the Parties, by transferring digital assets (stablecoins, such as USDT) to the Service Provider’s official corporate cryptocurrency wallet specified in the invoice.
4.4. Bank and Network (Gas) Fees: In the event of payment via bank transfer, all remitting and correspondent bank transfer fees shall be borne by the Client. In the event of payment via digital assets (stablecoins), the Client shall cover all blockchain network (gas) fees to ensure the receipt by the Service Provider of the exact net amount specified in the invoice.
4.5. Payment Compliance: The Client warrants that all funds or digital assets used to pay the Service Provider originate from legitimate commercial activities and that neither the Client, its beneficial owners, nor the originating bank accounts or cryptocurrency wallets are subject to international economic sanctions or AML/CFT restrictions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Early Cancellation by Client: If the Client wishes to cancel an order after making the advance payment but before the Services are completed and delivered, the Client must submit a formal written cancellation notice via email to bulgaria.payments@gmail.com.
5.2. Pro-Rata Refund Calculation: Upon receipt of a timely cancellation notice prior to completion, the Service Provider shall suspend work, calculate the volume of Services actually performed up to the cancellation date, deliver the completed portion of the materials (if applicable), and refund the remaining unspent portion of the advance payment proportionally to the unperformed volume of work.
5.3. No Refunds After Acceptance: Once the final deliverables have been transmitted to the Client and accepted (either explicitly or upon expiration of the 10-business-day acceptance period without a reasoned written refusal), the Services are deemed fully rendered and no refunds shall be issued.
5.4. Refund Transaction Costs: Any refund shall be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. All bank transfer fees or blockchain network (gas) fees incurred in executing the refund shall be borne by the Client (deducted from the refunded amount).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Transfer of Exclusive Rights to Deliverables: All exclusive intellectual property rights to the final marketing content created specifically for the Client under the Agreement/Specification shall be transferred to the Client in full upon complete (100%) payment for the respective Services, unless otherwise stipulated in a supplementary agreement. Until full payment is received, all rights to drafts, concepts, and deliverables remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
6.2. AI Licensing Compliance: The Service Provider guarantees that the use of Artificial Intelligence tools and other software technologies in generating content complies with applicable commercial licenses and does not knowingly infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
6.3. Background IP and Website Content: All intellectual property rights in the Website itself https://ai-neuromarket.com, including its source code, 3D visual elements, animations, interface design, trademarks, as well as the Service Provider’s pre-existing methodologies, prompt libraries, and internal workflows, remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
7. AI Content Verification, Warranties, and Limitation of Liability
7.1. Mandatory Client Verification of AI Content: Because generative Artificial Intelligence and neural networks operate on probabilistic models, generated text, visuals, audio, or data may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies, unintended artifacts, or synthetic elements. The Client is strictly obligated to review and verify all generated deliverables for factual accuracy, industry-specific regulatory compliance, and suitability prior to launching, publishing, or distributing them in any advertising campaign.
7.2. Client-Provided Source Materials: The Service Provider shall not be held liable for the substantive contextual meaning, legal compliance, trademark clearance, or ad-network moderation outcomes of the Client’s marketing campaigns if the source data, claims, trademarks, references, or initial assets were provided or approved by the Client.
7.3. Limitation of Liability: For non-performance or improper performance of obligations, the Parties shall bear liability in accordance with applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, ad spend losses, or business interruption. The Service Provider’s total aggregate liability under any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
8. Force Majeure and Confidentiality
8.1. Force Majeure: Neither Party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by Force Majeure circumstances, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, governmental or regulatory actions, sanctions, widespread internet or third-party AI cloud infrastructure outages, or any other events beyond reasonable control.
8.2. Confidentiality: All information obtained by the Parties during the submission of briefs and execution of the Services (including unpublished project details, commercial terms, and contact data) shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent of the other Party.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These Terms and any contractual relations arising between the Service Provider and the Client shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
9.2. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at the registered location of the Service Provider in Sofia, Bulgaria.
10. Amendments to These Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms on the Website from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or applicable laws.
10.2. Any changes shall become effective upon publication on https://ai-neuromarket.com with an updated "Effective Date". Amendments shall not retroactively alter the terms of active Specifications or paid invoices agreed upon prior to the update.

1.1. This Cookie & Local Storage Notice explains how TECHNOLOGY OF SUCCESS LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under Company Number (UIC): 201255995, with its registered office at r. Manastirski livadi, str. Maystor Alexi Rilets № 38, fl. 1, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us", or "our"), uses browser storage technologies and cookies when you visit https://ai-neuromarket.com (the "Website").
1.2. This Notice complies with Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR).
2. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?
2.1. Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device by websites that you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide technical information to the site owners.
2.2. Local Storage (localStorage) is an industry-standard web browser feature that allows a website to store small key-value data locally on your device. Unlike cookies, data stored in localStorage is not automatically transmitted to the server with every HTTP request and remains on your device until you clear your browser cache.
3. How We Use Local Storage and Cookies on Our Website
3.1. Our Website is designed with a privacy-first approach. By default, we do not use intrusive third-party advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.
3.2. Below is the complete list of storage mechanisms and technical requests active on our Website:
Strictly Necessary / Functional Local Storage (nm-lang):
Type: Browser localStorage (First-party).
Purpose: Stores your selected interface language code (en, es, de, fr, pt, it, or ru) so the Website remembers your language preference when you navigate or reload the page.
Duration: Persistent (stored locally in your browser until you clear browser data).
Legal Basis: Strictly necessary to provide a functional service explicitly requested by the user (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Third-Party Web Typography (Google Fonts):
Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
Purpose: Ensures consistent and fast rendering of our interface fonts (Unbounded, Manrope, and JetBrains Mono) across all devices.
Data Involved: Your browser sends a standard technical request (including your IP address) to Google servers to download the font files. This request does not set tracking cookies on our Website.
4. Optional Analytics and Marketing Cookies (Future Use)
4.1. If we integrate third-party web analytics or advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) in the future to evaluate aggregate Website traffic and campaign performance, such non-essential cookies will never be placed on your device without your prior, explicit opt-in consent collected via a cookie consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. How to Manage or Delete Cookies and Local Storage
5.1. Because the nm-lang item in localStorage is strictly necessary for interface localization, it is active when you use the language switcher.
5.2. You can delete all cookies and clear localStorage at any time via your web browser settings:
Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data → Cookies and other site data.
Safari: Settings / Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All.
Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Please note that clearing localStorage will reset the Website interface language to the default language (English) upon your next visit.
